About Artiva
Overview
Artiva is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing AlloNK®, an off-the-shelf, non-genetically modified NK cell therapy, to make deep B-cell depletion practical and accessible for patients with autoimmune diseases. Artiva is initiating a Phase 3 registrational trial of AlloNK in refractory rheumatoid arthritis, with potential to be developed across other B-cell-driven autoimmune diseases. While traditional cell therapies and T-cell based approaches are largely confined to hospitals and academic medical centers, largely due to cytokine release syndrome (CRS), AlloNK is cryopreserved, manufactured at scale and being developed for administration and management in the community rheumatology practices where patients already receive care.
Leadership
Our proven executive team brings deep, diverse cell therapy experience and is committed to developing safe, effective, and accessible NK cell therapies to patients. Artiva's Board of Directors and Advisors bring years of expertise to help us realize the full potential of NK cell therapies.
AlloNK is an investigational therapy and has not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority.
The clinical data for AlloNK are based on separate studies and include data from Artiva’s company-sponsored Phase 2a basket trial and an investigator-initiated basket trial. No head-to-head trial has evaluated AlloNK against the other therapies discussed on this website. Differences in trial design, patient populations and product candidates limit cross-trial comparisons.
