Cliff Wallace

VP, Quality

Cliff Wallace is a seasoned quality executive with nearly 30 years of GMP leadership across pharmaceuticals and cell therapy. He began his career at Boehringer Ingelheim (Roxane Laboratories), progressing from analytical testing to supporting analytical design and transfer for pipeline programs. At Pacira BioSciences (SkyePharma), Mr. Wallace led the QC technical support function and performed analytical technology transfers for lipid-encapsulated products. There he rebuilt and managed the QC biology organization. Midway through his career, Mr. Wallace entered the cell therapy field by joining Stemedica, a stem cell therapeutics company, where he established the QC infrastructure, insourced Environmental Monitoring, and later expanded his responsibilities to lead Quality Assurance as Head of Quality. He has served as Head of Quality at Artiva since 2021, leading the implementation and ongoing evolution of the company’s Quality Management System and strengthening quality governance across the organization. He holds a B.S. in biochemistry from the University of Arizona.
