Andrew Cronauer

Andrew Cronauer has over a decade of legal experience in publicly traded biopharmaceutical companies. He has served as VP, Legal Affairs at Artiva since August 2025. Before joining Artiva, Andrew was at Longboard Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company (acquired by H. Lundbeck A/S in December 2024), where he served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and Securities from September 2024 to February 2025 and as Assistant General Counsel from April 2023 to August 2024. Prior to Longboard, he was Assistant General Counsel at Alpha Teknova, Inc., a manufacturer of custom and catalog life sciences tools products, from September 2022 until April 2023. Previously, Andrew held roles of increasing responsibility at Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company (acquired by Pfizer Inc. in March 2022), from 2017 to 2022, including Director and Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Arena, from 2013 to 2017, Andrew was at OncoSec Medical Incorporated, a biotechnology company, in roles of increasing responsibility. Andrew holds a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a B.S. in Management (Finance concentration) from Case Western Reserve University and is a member of the State Bar of California.
