Nooshin Hussainy

Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller

Nooshin Hussainy has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance in private and public companies ranging from Fortune 100 to venture-backed start-ups, including Obalon Therapeutics, DexCom, GenMark Diagnostics, and Active Network. She has completed four IPOs in medical devices including Dexcom and Obalon, diagnostics and software, secondary offerings, and debt offerings. She has a history of success in building teams, implementing processes including SOX 404, GAAP accounting policies and procedures, and providing tools to create world class financial systems. Ms. Hussainy joins Artiva from Obalon Therapeutics, where she served as Chief Financial Officer. She holds a B.A. in accounting from National University.
